It is a continuous problem that this location only staffs one person per day. Online orders take 30 + minutes, and the in-person line is consistently ten ppl deep during lunch break. Hire some workers!

On February 28th I had 2 mobile orders that were not completed due to staff injury. I was refunded for only 1 order. I went in to have the 2nd order refunded and was told that it would have to be taken care of by the GM. They took my name and number and a week later I got a call from the GM. She told me that the owner would have to do the refund. I expressed that this was not the first time that this had happened with a subway and that I would appreciate confirmation when this was done.
