Ordered on the app. Asked for double chicken, bacon, extracheese and extra veggies. Paid $18+ for this. 1/3 of my roll is empty.
On February 28th I had 2 mobile orders that were not completed due to staff injury. I was refunded for only 1 order. I went in to have the 2nd order refunded and was told that it would have to be taken care of by the GM. They took my name and number and a week later I got a call from the GM. She told me that the owner would have to do the refund. I expressed that this was not the first time that this had happened with a subway and that I would appreciate confirmation when this was done. We went to Subway at 6:55 tonight and the Subway worker could be seen having a smoke break out the side of the restaurant with the door cracked while the business door was locked. We waited a bit and even when the Subway worker shut the door to go back in, he did not unlock the door or turn his “open” sign back on. The door said open until 9 pm. So subway has definitely gotten worse and worse now they hire ppl who could care less about how you like your sandwich is made ...honestly the gurl pressured me into hurrying up my decision plus I got stale bread and to top it off the guy who wrapped the sandwich dropped the tomatoes and shoved them right back in the paper it's wrapped in not cool WILL NOT RETURN EVER!!!!
