This is the absolute worst subway I’ve ever stepped foot into. I had 1 family ahead of me. 1 employee hid in the back because she would rather talk loudly on the phone than help her coworker. The 1 person who did help wasn’t listening to the customer and made her sandwich wrong in front of us. I ordered in the app. They don’t pay attention to who picks up the food, so they gave mine away. Went in there today and the blue haired lady literally will look at you and do the literal opposite of what you ask for on your sandwich. She didnt make my sandwich right and moves so slow its like she’s practicing to be a sloth. She made my sandwich entirely wrong and i didn’t even notice until i got home because all the metal covers were up and i couldnt see what she was doing on the other side. Its really not rocket science to follow instructions when its your literal job to do so.
I ate lunch there today the 2 girls working around 12:30 were amazing very sweet no attitude every other time the employees have an attitude and just don't want to be there so very impressed by today's service and quality
They won't make your sandwich to order. I have been getting a sub with pepperoni, cheese, and oregano for YEARS. All of a sudden they won't do that?
