Young male adult would not make the sandwich the way I wanted it made. I've had sandwiches made this way at Subway for 20 years. So I just walked away and I probably will never go back to the store again. Update: I have gone back to this store and have had no issues whatsoever with the employees making the sandwich the way I like with the fixings that I want. So this may have been isolated 1 young man having a bad day.
This is the cleanest subway I have ever seen! Looks great! Service was amazing and the food was delicious!
I’m beyond disappointed with how far this Subway has fallen. What happened after Amanda stopped managing? Because the difference is INSANE. When she was there, you walked in and the employees were happy, the place was running smoothly, and customers were actually treated like human beings. Now? The workers work with what they have and wait times are high. Subway like most other large companies runs a skeleton crew and probably just replaces them when they burn out.
Never had my sandwich messed up so many time. Every time I order online I ask for extra mayo. Every single time I get no mayo. I also order oil and vinegar. And that never seems to make it on the sandwich either. But boy did they load it up with pepper. Never ordering from this location again. I’ll drive the extra mile to Rockford or Delano. Sick of spending a ridiculous amount of money on a sandwich to not even want to eat it.
