I have been in the drive thru for fifteen minutes. Watching the worker make sandwiches. Hasn’t come to get money. Won’t even look at me. There was someone in front of me, they finally went inside. Left a few minutes later empty handed. Maybe only one person staffed but then close inside or drive thru. I’m sure they don’t care that two vehicles left without food.

I placed an order at 7:15 and it said it would be ready by 7:35. I stopped and got gas, stopped at Jersey Mike's and then went to Subway to pick up my food. They didn't even acknowledge that I was in there, by the time I said something it was 8:40 and they didn't even start making my sub yet. This Subway has gone downhill in recent years, and honestly I've had nothing but issues with this place the last three times I've been here. Monticello is getting my business from now on. this place sucks
