They have the worst customer service ever like the lady was too rude. She didn’t even know how to solve Customer and how to talk with Customer.
Food was horrible i ordered chicken rice bowl it comes without chicken, I got a wrong drink plus no cutlery, really disappointed.
The food was good. Fantastic and friendly service. I had to ask for a bag to be able to carry out in one trip.
I have a gluten allergy and my husband was picking up lunch for me, when he asked for gluten free bread he was met with attitude by the employee who then asked “is this an allergy or just preference?” It seems odd to ask that question instead of just preparing what the customer asked for. It’s disheartening that this employee was inconvenienced by the fact that there are individuals with allergies, and chooses to singles out their customers.
Owner is soo cheap , girl said owner doesn’t allow to put extra toppings on sub. Ridiculous when you paying $30 for combo and just 4 pickles and 3 bell pepper, seriously!!!!! Not recommended to go there ,
