My in store pick up order was already picked up when my bf got there to pick it up. He was informed that someone came in and showed them my name and address as a delivery pick up. I live 3 to 5 min away, 15 minutes after he got to store there was nothing delivered. After I send him my email confirmation the manager does finally pull up my order and remakes it, which was delicious other than lacking some on the sauce. They did the right thing by remaking it, but arguing with my bf for 10 to 15 minutes seems outrageous to me. ... read more
