The dining area presented a clean appearance, and the service provided was satisfactory. However, the lettuce contained several brown spots, and multiple containers exhibited cross-contamination. The women's restroom facilities were in a severely unsanitary condition. Specifically, the lighting was inadequate, and the toilets appeared to have been neglected for an extended period. Significant mold and mildew growth was evident throughout the toilet bowl.
I ordered take out through uber eats. I requested for mayonnaise and salt. Instead I got a lot of ranch and a lot of pepper. My takeout bag was not stapled shut. The delivery driver said that when he picked up my order. He asked the lady who made my sandwich to please staple the take out bag shut. But she responded rudely by saying the bag doesn’t need to be stapled shut. The whole time she was rude to the delivery driver. This was very disappointing as I absolutely love subway.
Above and beyond accommodating to elderly mother of .one when I accidentally took her to wrong location they ended up being part of two places that made her happy again
NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I went to pick up three footlong sandwiches, two of which were Spicy Italians. I watched the employee make them and noticed he only used 5 slices each of salami and pepperoni. I didn’t speak up immediately but confirmed online afterward that the standard amount is 10 of each. This was the worst Subway sandwich I have ever had, and I once got food poisoning from a totally different location. The employees are great but the quality of sandwiches coming out of this shop is disappointing. Will not return.
