Lettuce bins red and wilted, cucumbers looked days old, spinach I took a chance. Service was so slow. One person working? It has been years since I visited a Subway. The other sub restaurants have much higher standards. Never again. Next sub shop to close it doors.
Short guy making sandwiches with the scruffy beard and ponytail is pretty rude and shouldn’t be in customer service and he blames it on the mobile orders “kicking their butt.” Felt very rushed.
Incompetent idiots work here literally. Ordered a BLT on door dash and they only put bacon and cheese on it when CLEARLY on the receipt had veggies to be added. update… new owners took away the discount for ymca employees!!! won’t get my business again
I ordered a platter and was told I had to prepay because they’ve had trouble with “honest” people. I did, which was fine, three hours before I was due to pick it up. When I called to pick it up I was told it wasn’t ready because they had been very busy and ran out of bread. When I got there they had the door locked and wouldn’t let us in while preparing. NEVER prepay especially when they can’t deliver on their promises. I’m still here waiting outside my car not even sure if it will be completed.
