Had 2 foot long subways both were made so bad. They were dripping with sauces alot of topping were out of the subway, the server wasn’t trained properly. As i complained their manager Melissa she told me it cannot be refunded because we tried to ate it but she offered us new subways which were made the same way but obviously with less sauce. The is by far the worst subway i ever ate.
I have eaten at more subways than I can count, and I just had the best customer service I’ve ever had at one at this location. Maybe it was because I beat the lunchtime rush, but I’d like to believe it’s just the way she is. I was helped by a woman called Twig. She was welcoming, kind, accommodating, and doing her best to make sure the sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. We were looking for a subway close to I-80 and close to where we were on the road. Food was fine. Staff friendly and patient. Seating area clean enough.
