Very disappointed with my experience at Subway. The restaurant was not clean, and the worker used the same gloves to type on the till and make my sandwich. The bread was extremely stale and I could barely take a bite—it seemed like I was given the oldest bread available. I contacted Nirav for a refund and never received a response. Absolutely horrible customer service and a poor representation of the Subway franchise.
Wasn't busy when I went. Lady working the counter was fast and attentive. Best parts is it's next door to Kline's.
I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Riya. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. She made my visit enjoyable, and I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Riya!
