The subway is in a mall. The guy who helped us was really nice and the service was quick. The prices have gotten crazy at Subway that would be my only disadvantage to ever coming back to Subway
Placed an online order, said it would be here at a certain time, and it was never delivered, and no option to ask for a refund.
Worst Subway I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. The checkout person didn't know how to let me use my Subway app to scan and pay, so it triple charged me card and didn't go through. When I used my physical card, I got charged the tip twice so a $9 sub ended up being $14. I asked for Coke and instead got some disgusting lemon thing, tasted like one of the machines was low on syrup. And the bread was extremely stale. Extremely. Every Subway I've been to I've had a great experience. Except this one. Absolutely awful.
Never want to order from this restaurant ever again, which is unfortunate since they’re the closest to me. They failed to make sure that a Dasher isn’t going to pick up the wrong order so I received someone else’s order. Sorry to whoever the other customer is but I, for one, am furious. Probably in part because I’m sitting here hungry and had really been looking forward to my sub.
