They do not have a working phone and when you try to nicely mention it at first they get very not nice about it not working as if it was my fault. Also, the other store in Grapevine is way nicer with their customer service. I did accidentally order on the app from the wrong store which was this one. The other store told me to call which is how I found out you can't call this store. I called over 9 times. Very good sandwich
The employee that was there was so incredibly nice and friendly while she was making my sandwich.
Use caution when redeeming loyalty rewards at this location, as it appears order accuracy and basic customer service are not taken seriously. What should have been a straightforward order turned into an unacceptable experience. My sandwich was prepared incorrectly, missing requested items, including extra peppercorn ranch as well as basic additions like salt and pepper. Decided to try Subway for the first time in years and got yelled at for ordering curbside…. I’m disabled and can’t walk…. Still in shock by the whole experience I really don’t know what to say but I will certainly never be returning back to this location….
