The employee that was there was so incredibly nice and friendly while she was making my sandwich.
Use caution when redeeming loyalty rewards at this location, as it appears order accuracy and basic customer service are not taken seriously. What should have been a straightforward order turned into an unacceptable experience. My sandwich was prepared incorrectly, missing requested items, including extra peppercorn ranch as well as basic additions like salt and pepper. Decided to try Subway for the first time in years and got yelled at for ordering curbside…. I’m disabled and can’t walk…. Still in shock by the whole experience I really don’t know what to say but I will certainly never be returning back to this location….
