Nov 5th I placed an online order and proceeded to head to the store to pick it up as you normally would in any other circumstances. Upon arrival, I was not greeted at all but okay. I patiently waited my turn in line and then advised to one of the workers (a young hispanic girl) that I had an online order. She told me she didnt have the order. NEVER EVER GOING HERE AGAIN … I found freaking FLOSS in my food I’m sooooo disgusted 🤮 just a long string of USED floss !
Found a bug. I still ate the sub just picked out the banana pepper that it was on, but the principle of there being a bug in your food. I still love subway and I will stick to my usual subway location by the Cajun field/ Rouses :)
