I bought a foot long and a wrap yesterday, Friday evening. Thr gentleman handling meat and breads was great, only set back was he did not change gloves between sandwiches until asked by another customer. The girl running veggies and rhe cash register was new obviously and the most concerning. She told me my wrap couldn't have anything beyond what was on the board and seemed annoyed that I even asked for other veggies on the sub, no one made you work at Subway. My visit was absolutely amazing! Shout out to Ashaunay & Marlea. They have the best customer service skills and I’m so appreciative of their kindred spirits. Plus, their manager Migo sealed the deal by his kindness & patience with me while checking out! Thank you!!!
My mom and I came in to get dinner for the family and there were two young women that took care of us. We had a pretty big order and they didn’t complain once! They also provide great convo and amazing customer service. They also made sure we had stuff on the side, gave suggestions and got us out of there quick! 1000/10 will be back soon
Best subway customer service of all time.
Unsanitary walked in to the server sweeping the floor and not once did she wash her hands. She rushed my husband and I to make a decision on our order and had an attitude once other customers entered the establishment
