Owner keeps a clean shop which our family appreciates. Workers here are always friendly and service was quick. Our sandwiches were made correctly and tasted delicious.
I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready at 7:55pm, walked in at 8p and the young lady is just cutting open our subrolls. She had long hair not tied up hanging down in her face- no hair net. I physically saw her put my sandwich in the oven yet it isn't toasted. Footlong subs not even cut. The cashier [Junasia i think it said] took atleast 2 minutes to wrap 2 subs up no gloves running the register.. I have never had this type of service even at a subway. I finally walked out at 8:16. I'm very unhappy with the unsanitary conditions I witnessed here today. The employee, Mackenzie, touched the cash register with the same gloves she used to handle the food, then touched my food again with those same gloves, wrapped the food, and then handled money with those same gloves before bringing me my sandwich. I'm hesitant to eat it. This store desperately needs thorough hygiene training.
