October 28, 2025 lunchtime I went in and got a large sub didn’t realize they had a special for the same price with chips and a drink so I went back in and asked for the chips and a drink. The lady who runs the register at the time pretty much said tough luck, and then said that only certain subs at certain times of the day are on that special. Terrible customer service. It was my first time there in my last.
Wrong order given and had to drive back as items were missing. No problem turning in and getting correct order.
Customer Service very inattentive... more interested in gossiping about coworkers and/or customers than their current customer.
