Extremely poor customer service as well as a bad attitude. No hello, no interaction. If you don't like working with or even basic interactions with a consumer get a factory job. I ordered my sandwich with extra vinager and oil. This guy actually saturated the sandwich that was soggy way beyond soggy, before even being wrapped up and he and I knew it. This BS of constantly asking for donation/tips needs to stop. I noticed how the cashier threw my sandwich in the bag after he noticed that I did not choose to tip. YOU'RE FASTFOOD! WHY SHOULD I TIP?
We stopped at Subway 708 joliet, road traveling back from FL. Staff was helpful, friendly and the food was good too! Very courteous when waiting on you and they were busy! And food arrived quickly. Stopped on April 25, 2025.
