I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. I placed and paid for my order online thru my account with proof, only to be told upon arriva by that an seems to be annoyed female worker that they did not have my order in their system. When I also asked why they couldn’t simply prepare the order since I had already paid, I was told no with an attitude and was required to place the order again online. Went in and bought 2 sandwiches and some cookies when I opened the door Patty gave me a really warm welcome. She was very friendly. Jay came out the back me did his big one on my Ham sandwich with the perfect touch of mustard. Thanks to both of you. You both did the damn thang 👅👅👅🤷🏾♀️
Very disappointed in the price of the sandwiches we just received. We were overcharged for a sandwich and I knew something was off when I paid the bill. As I look at the receipt the sandwich we were charged for was over 5$ more than what it should have been. Called to ask for a refund difference and they said they cannot and they always charge for the same way for this particular sandwich .
