Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant of any kind. This lady is always so rude if you have a coupon but today topped anything I could gave anticipated. The first thing she asked me this trip is do I have a coupon and then asked to see it. All which is fine, however as soon as she heard yes and checked it was usable, she became so disrespectful. Food was decent but they didn’t have a couple of toppings I wanted on my sub like hots etc. The lady waiting on me started to get overwhelmed as customers entered the store and her attitude changed. She doesn’t work well under pressure. I would give it. 3 out of 5. I took away 1 star for the customer service and another away for the cleanliness and lack of toppings being in stock. For the prices we pay for the subs, all toppings should be available. They’re already stingy with the meat as is.
Foods good and like everywhere else but this particular opens at 9 and if you show up when it opens they are just walking in and begin prepping. They do not arrive early to prep the shop, they show up as soon as it's supposed to open and THEN begin prepping. So sandwiches cannot even be made until 10 A.M. I know this because I showed up at 9A.M. and waited until 9:52 to receive my food.
