We just picked up our Sub club online order on the way to the beach a long family tradition but usually we wait for closer to the beach. We'll probably go back to that. Unfortunately the two employees working right now are about a 16 years old (I remember those first jobs and heavily relying on the older employees) and and older employee. I was a last minute order and I felt so bad but was craving subway and this nice gentleman got my order made in a very fast time, wasn't rude and was very helpful! So grateful for workers like him
Customer service wasn’t present. Workers did not care to help, and just walked away while customer stood there attempting to have their sandwich fixed. Sandwiches were poorly made and lacked the ordered protein. When issues were brought to the attention of the child working behind the counter, he did jot care to talk or fix any of the issues and walked to the back.
The manager Teresa was amazing and the young women Sarah was an absolute joy! They both had positive and friendly attitudes!
