I've lately found myself enjoying the order ahead app options. Big on the $6.99 / 6" meal of the day. My orders have always been ready on time. While the guy might be a bit on the quiet side, I have noticed they appear to be short on help. I give him credit for doing as good as he does. It's a shame more people don't take a moment to give more positive feedback. Mistakes are frustrating. Have you ever made a mistake at your job? I went here to get a chicken wrap and there was one employee in the entire store, he was not polite and definitely didnt know or care about how to make the sandwiches. I understand that it can be difficult when your still learning but he did not put any care into it. He also never apologized when I brought it up. I tried calling the store about it a couple hours later and he picked up and hung up right away. I called again and asked why that happened and he very rudely told me it was because he was busy.
