I've lately found myself enjoying the order ahead app options. Big on the $6.99 / 6" meal of the day. My orders have always been ready on time. While the guy might be a bit on the quiet side, I have noticed they appear to be short on help. I give him credit for doing as good as he does. Love the employees from the morning!!
I went here to get a chicken wrap and there was one employee in the entire store, he was not polite and definitely didnt know or care about how to make the sandwiches. I understand that it can be difficult when your still learning but he did not put any care into it. He also never apologized when I brought it up. I tried calling the store about it a couple hours later and he picked up and hung up right away. I called again and asked why that happened and he very rudely told me it was because he was busy. Horrible customer service, I had a mobile pickup order. When I walked in the man was making my order and I noticed one of my sandwiches was extremely burnt & I had asked him if that was one of mine, he rudely turned to me and immediately caught an attitude with me and started being disrespectful on how if I didn’t want the sandwich I could leave it and get on. I told him to calm down & talk to me respectful and he started laughing in my face. This place is unprofessional and don’t know how to talk to customers
