My husband and I frequently go to this subway. I was dissapointed when I tried ordering on the app and it wasn’t working. The whole point of getting this for dinner was to use the BOGO for $1 deal. I go to check out in store and they won’t honor the deal because it’s app only. Even though I showed them the app was not working. The young lady at the register even said that other people have had the same problem. The managers response was “we have nothing to do with the app.” I paid full price and moved on. Girls LOVED their footlong (ea) turkey subs with their chips and drinks.
Hazel Green rocks! I drove from California to Alabama and other places eating Subway all over. So far Hazel Green has been the best service and the place is very clean. Even the bathroom is clean. We love the a.m. to noon servers especially Nichol and Carrie! We live in Meridianville and we drive to Hazel Green for our Subway sandwiches. I give Hazel Green 10 stars.
You add stuff in app like free cookie and when you get there they said it didn't go through and there is nothing they can do about it...GREAT MANAGEMENT
