This Subway is completely on the next level with their customer service and food quality since the new owners have opened it back up. I would highly recommend you giving it another shot if you haven’t! The new employees are so kind and thorough on all the orders. The dining area is very clean and well kept too. I have lived in Holly Springs for 8 years and I have been to this location many times. I have never had an experience like I had tonight. The two ladies that were there were outstanding!! They were polite, friendly, professional and engaging. We talked through my order and I stayed after I got my food to continue speaking with them. I’m normally not the type to leave reviews, but this place needs to either fire this staff member or train them on how to be a decent human being. I went in there to get a sandwich and asked for the bacon to be heated up to not have to eat cold bacon because who wants that? And the lady was huffing and puffing about something as simple as heating up bacon. Every time I’d have to ask for her to heat it up longer she would only put it in for a literal second.
