This subway always cancels my orders even though they are 24h. This has happened several times. I've even walked up while they had people in the store but the door locked. They also never follow instructions and always toast sandwiches even when you request for them not too. Just another chain where the employees don't care about their jobs so we get terrible service. Judging by the reviews here it seems the owners don't really care.
Very slow wired employees
The sad part is I use to work at this subway and I haven’t had a subway sandwich since I left this company and honestly the customer service went down the drain , speed is service and customer interaction isn’t what it used to be when I was there . Bread was hard , they did not have no ham or pepperoni or my sauces. Now I realize from working at a different food place that put their guest first and making sure they have every product available makes a difference and makes the guest come back always . Absolutely the best subway in town. Danny the manager is AWESOME. He’s always greeting and smiling to everyone. This place is also super clean and the food looks fresh all the time.
