My bf and I walked in today, 7/4/2026 early morning between 12:45am - 1:30am. Upon entering the male employee with tattoos on both his forearms & ear pods in his ears didn’t acknowledge us. To the awesome team DESIREE, DESTINY & DOMINIC always on top of having the mobile orders ready as stated on the app . Making my subs delicious! They have a great attitude when you walk in & they acknowledge you . You guys are the best !!! 🫶
lol. So, they have kiosks and the employee said that we have to use it. They no longer can take our order and honestly that’s so weird for SUBWAY. I genuinely hate it. Like what is the end goal with these companies ? As little human interaction as possible. ???
