It’s in a weird location so doesn’t get a ton of traffic and has trouble with employee retention. Therefore the freshness and food suffers.
Very mis managed place. They have nothing avaliable and employees just walking around store doing nothing
No good customer service.
Seems to have a very untrained staff. First time I bought an Italian sub they put salami on one half and pepperoni on the other half. When I questioned why, she said she was trained to do it that way. Today I ordered for 3 people, paid, and then she walked away without handing my receipt off of the machine or handing me my order. We picked it up from the counter ourselves and left. Soon after a CUSTOMER came out and said we had their sub.
