Didn’t get what I asked for they don’t speak clear English language
I have never left a bad review before. The whole experience was rough but what really got me was the guy literally slamming my chips in the bag, and then giving me a spoon to eat with my salad.
0/10 stars. Do not recommend. My first time coming into this subway I was racially profiled. I asked a question about coupons, and Paul rolled his eyes and said to me “I already told you we don’t do coupons.” I was shocked, and told him that was my first time in the store. He said, “No I’ve seen you before. You have the same hair and you come in here every time asking about coupons. I said no coupons.” Paul was very rude to me upon my first time visiting. No such thing as a smile - even with a tip. It’s like, “we are angry that we own this business and really don’t like your coming in to spend money”. I notice fountain drink machine is out of order and they don’t bother with teas or the other drinks. Ironically these items are generally the highest markup in a restaurant - and no fountain = fewer combos.
