Theres these 2 ladies in there, they just let you stand there and say nothing to you for like 5 min. Most socially akward introvert girls working in customer service
Manager on 6/22/25 she was rude. Really rude with customers. Restaurant was dirty. No napkins. Wasn't very busy when I arrived. A few customers while I was eating. Definitely needs a lesson in customer service and being polite not so rude and impolite. Other employee was very quiet.
Got the pizza sub love it and many others on the menu.
Waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches. Manager had a 16 year old kid who just started in there by himself. He was very overwhelmed and apologized a quite a few times. I’ve been meaning to post a review from prior visits as well. They definitely need to evaluate who is managing this location. Food is fine, service is AWFUL
