The food was pretty average at best. However, what really took the cake was the service. Apart from the rude blonde lady, very smug and cold, she even ignored us when we first walked in. We proceeded to be served by the guy with dreadlocks and he was the most well-mannered and attentive young man! Give these kids a raise, when the newer generation has better customer service than the grown adults, you have to wonder, what kind of management and training does Subway have?
It is 3 o'clock on a Saturday. 3 people working. When we first come in we ask for a sandwich we were looking at the menu board and they say they cannot make it because they cannot ring that sandwich up. The vegetables are clearly rotten, forget about the pickles as they looked worse. They did not have the right size cups for our sodas, and when asked for the restroom so we could wash our hands we are told it is out of order. The tables are disgusting so I cleaned it myself. I never received my order. Residents or visitors don't ever order from here if its for delivery You'll never get it and you'll never be able to speak to anyone. If it's free I wouldn't eat it. I want my money back.
The service was horrendous. When I asked for fresh mozzarella, she gave me an attitude while telling me she didn’t have it. And then when I got the food back to my office, the bread was stale overall zero if I could give it in stars.
