If I could give -10 I would, the girl behind the counter couldn't count back change, was screaming and yelling so loud mall security came. I don't need to feel threatened to order sub par food. This location is horrible. Still waiting to hear from owner of franchise regarding this.

Watched a staff member walk straight from a stall in the men’s restroom to the prep line to make sandwiches for customers- no handwashing required! Yum’
I would give zero starts if possible. I ordered 5 footlongs for my large family in the app, it came to $51 and some change. I show up to get my order and the restaurant was closed, lights off, no one there. I asked a neighboring restaurant in the food court if maybe they would reopen as it was only about 7pm and was told the closed quite a while before I got there and it was something they did regularly.
