My daughter and I come here every week and I order the kids meal for her. No issues until today when a new girl is there and she says we can’t mix it up. She says we can’t order what my daughter wants which is Salami and Turkey. She gets this every week. I even told her that I don’t care if you upcharge me for it and she says she can’t put it into the system like that and it has to be exactly what’s on the menu. Seriously? If I could give -10 I would, the girl behind the counter couldn't count back change, was screaming and yelling so loud mall security came. I don't need to feel threatened to order sub par food. This location is horrible. Still waiting to hear from owner of franchise regarding this.

They should train those teenage boys. Their attitude to customers are horrible.
Watched a staff member walk straight from a stall in the men’s restroom to the prep line to make sandwiches for customers- no handwashing required! Yum’
