there is definitely no real customer service here. The staff prepares the food with a bad attitude, rushing through everything and handling it carelessly, as if they just want to get you out as quickly as possible. The food itself is fine, but the overall experience is disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. Most of the time, the employees here have a great attitude and provide good service, which is why this visit stood out even more. The girl assisting me today around 5pm had a noticeably negative attitude from the start, no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy. Even after I said “thank you,” there was no response at all. This might be the most efficient Subway I have ever been to. The staff is amazing at lunchtime. I highly recommend this location!! Updated Review: 1/19/26 They are still amazing. We had a huge mobile order and they were so friendly and the food was awesome!! Still MY SUBWAY!!
Horrible store and grumpy and unhelpful staff!! The food looks like dog food, I hope customer support looks into this store... HORRIBLE!!!!!
