UNAUTHORIZED TIPS. I tipped 15% and it charged my card $45 total. 15% of $30 is not $15. I’m reporting to the state for investigation. I reported to FTC on 4/12/26

We walked in and there was nobody here at all. We waited for 10 minutes. We called the phone in store, opened the door to sound the alarm, walked around, etc (7:45am on 4/7). Nothing. Highly unsafe and unprofessional to leave a business running with nobody there.

My experience was so terrible. There’s this one girl that works night shift. She’s a pretty big one, She was so disrespectful and I felt so angry at the moment of the way she was treating me and responding back to me . She had no manners, and when I asked to get some more olives, she said she can only do one more scoop, which is not true, she only gave me one scoop, and she was not giving me a lot of lettuce, which they don’t have anything to do with extra veggies. I would like to report an issue regarding unauthorized tips added to my transactions. During five separate visits, a night shift employee (guy) added tips to my card without my permission. Please review all transactions made during the night shifts on the dates I visited and check the charges associated with my card. This happened five times, and I did not approve any of those tips. I am requesting a full investigation and a refund for the unauthorized tip amounts. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
