I called twice to double check their hours. They picked up and hung up twice. Very unprofessional and very stupid
It's subway, you know the lack of quality you're getting when you order, but man... The wait is brutal. No one in line, and still well over 10 minutes after the stated finish time. It bread and a toaster, if the store can't handle that in a timely fashion where else are they going to be deficient in? It's quality.
I have been going to this Subway for several years in the Coral Square Mall. I have recently stopped going. They intentionally have only large cups to charge more on soda. Today, I ordered a sandwich and requested a small cup for my drink. The Indian manager said that they do not provide a small cup but a large. I stated that I am being asked to pay more just because they choose not to have small cups. She got an attitude and said, “so you want it or not?” I will no longer go there. The black young lady that worked yesterday September 30 (4:45pm) needs training on professionalism, she had an attitude and was throwing my toppings around upset at God knows what Bc I was in a great mood and order something very simple! I hope next time I come there she’s more professional or y’all choose better candidates that don’t get jealous when they see other beautiful black woman and just start throwing their food around like it doesn’t matter. Please provide that young lady training ASAP
