I usually get my lunch here for my work breaks. The person working the front, the short woman with black hair, at 5pm tonight on Saturday did not speak up, make rolled the wrap completely wrong to where it was falling apart (completely different from her coworkers) and did not cut it apart. When I asked for a manager she said there wasn’t one on duty. She didn’t even say the price of my food out loud and I had to ask her repeatedly what she said as she was way too quiet. This employee needs to be taken care of.
I should of known not to buy from here when I saw there was no one in line despite this subway being at a busy mall!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'd like to start off by saying im pregnant and did a pick up order, when I went to open my sub I realized it wasn't what I ordered *mind you i was starving). I tried to go to the counter for them to correct the issue but the manager was really mean despite me being soft spoken and polite about the situation. I ordered a foot long Italian sub for delivery. The bread was day old and not soft and the toppings were tough. Stay away from this place.
They changed the meal of the day line up and the signage was conflicting with itself with which sandwich is on what day.
