I recently placed an order, only to be told after the fact that the store did not have the items needed for a simple cold cut. That was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled made it much worse. I received a call from an employee on her personal cell phone who was extremely unprofessional and impolite. She told me to “cancel online,” but there was no option to do so.
