Poor customer service
Terrible staffing and the food makes me never want to eat there again!
I recently placed an order, only to be told after the fact that the store did not have the items needed for a simple cold cut. That was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled made it much worse. I received a call from an employee on her personal cell phone who was extremely unprofessional and impolite. She told me to “cancel online,” but there was no option to do so. Yesterday I called and asked for the manager because i was short on change, he happened to be the one who picked up. I swear I barely got half of my sentence done before he assumed the answer to my question and hung up on me. Very rude, very unprofessional.
Horrible service. Standing in back not helping at ALL!
