There were some mean customers in front of my boyfriend and I. We always try our best to make sure any person in any customer service role, is being treated with respect. I had a little bit of trouble ordering today the lady that waited on me was nice but you could tell she was holding back her temper. I had not been here in a couple months I ordered three footlong sandwiches the size of each size was about like a regular hot dog bun so tiny and the prices have gone sky high the regular sandwiches that'll I bought are usually around $6.99-$7.99 are now $10.00-$10.39. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from staff. My friend had a terrible experience at this Subway location in Miami. One of the employees made an inappropriate move and attempted to touch him without consent. This is not just unprofessional—it’s disturbing and unacceptable. We expect a minimum standard of safety and respect when we walk into any food establishment.
