As a frequent customer of Subway specifically this one in Mclavor Mall, I’ve always appreciated the quality and service—until recently. One of the newer employees, Yvy, has made my visits increasingly unpleasant. Her disrespectful attitude, unfriendly demeanor, and the way she looks at and treats customers is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Excellent customer service and fresh food is used by the store.
Unprofessional and slow service, it doesn’t hurt to smile
Genuinely the worst place you could ever go if you are hungry. Expect to wait at least 45 mins for the workers to be done with one order plus the 50 online orders that they do BEFORE THE LINE! How is that possible? The worst ran food establishment in the world, not a doubt
