Couldnt get served soup there. Asked for which kinds they had, she then walked off after telling me and when i had asked about which one i wanted they wouldnt talk to me for 10 mins. So i walked out.
I visit this location frequently. MJ is consistently friendly, efficient, and, most impressively, she remembers my regular sandwich order! That level of personal, excellent service truly stands out and makes my day. Thank you, MJ, for being so attentive!
Good customer service
Server yvy serves the portion sizes noticeably small for the price, and it feels like value for money just isn’t there most of the times On top of that, she seems often seem disinterested. Also I observed a server putting the rotten chicken in the fresh chicken batch
As a frequent customer of Subway specifically this one in Mclavor Mall, I’ve always appreciated the quality and service—until recently. One of the newer employees, Yvy, has made my visits increasingly unpleasant. Her disrespectful attitude, unfriendly demeanor, and the way she looks at and treats customers is unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
