This young man completley ignored me said they were closed during open hours
Horrible management: GREAT employee Poor guy was all alone on only his 6th shift. 3 online orders came in and 5 sets of people came in all at once. I felt tense for him, but he was fast paced, calm, cheery, and collected the whole time. Hoping management sees this. Give this guy a raise and get your crap together.
Dry day old bread. I thought subway used fresh bread. My sandwich was dry and crusty. Not fresh at all. Service was slow. Shouldn’t take that long to make a sandwich.
First of all the store was out of Italian bread. I had to repeat my order a couple of times in order for the “sandwich artisan” to get it right. After all was said and done, I was charged twice as much as I should have. It did not even occur to me that I had been overcharged until I got home. I elected to not get a printed receipt and when I went back to talk to the young man who had rang my order up, he had to text his manager about what to do.
