Worst Subway experience that I have had. Employee(Marco) made my sandwiches totally wrong and when I came back in to have them correct them all he wanted to do is argue. Stay away from this Subway,
Advertised $6.99 footlong. Went inside to order, specifically asked if that was the deal. The girl working said yes. We ordered 5 sandwiches and go to pay. The other employee rings us up and the price is full price, not the advertised $6.99. Guy says you have to order on the app. We told him we asked BEFORE we ordered and he told us the other employee was confused. Subway food be goated. Just the customer service there is horrible. They show that they hate working and that they with you weren't there. I was ordering a sandwhich and the guy (Allan) just stares at me so I say "I'll start with the Italian herbs & cheese bread & Provolone cheese" and then he goes on to ask what else I want on it. I totally forgot about meats and so I was confused and starting telling him my vegetables and he just stood there, he kept asking "what else" but we weren't even past the cheese part. Definitivamente el gerente es latino, no sé su nombre pero lo he visto bajar de un Mercedes cuando e coincido en buscar mi alimentos en esa tienda, definitivamente no regresaré, 1 creo que la tienda es suya, por qué atiende de mala manera, es arrogante , no sirve las porciones como lo plasma en la imágen y no cuenta con nada de empatía, domina 2 idiomas y no es considerado con los que hablan el mismo idioma que el.
