Quick fast service
I don't know if the oven is malfunctioning or if some employees just don't know how long to toast sandwiches for, but most of the time it will be almost cold only a few minutes after purchase, and a slightly warm sub is so much worse than a hot or a cold one. Also, the veggies usually don't look great in the evening.
Almost always awesome customer service. And they actually change it the veggies if they didn't look good enough even if they aren't technically ready to be tossed.
