Placed an order through instacart the food was good other than they replaced the meatball sub with a turkey sub. It took a good hour for the courier to get the food before he could deliver it. Will not be ordering from this one again.
Did a mobile order to be picked up at 4 pm. Arrived there at 3:57 stood at the counter by the stand marked for pickup orders. A worker then asked what I wanted so I said I have a 4pm pickup then I was informed that she had to wait on everyone in line first. So I finally received my order at 4:15 got to work and the bread on the sub was burnt. I mean the edge was black. This was not a toasted sub just burnt bread. So not only was my lunch break cut short because I had to wait the food was awful! Do better please!!

Probably one of the worst Subways I’ve ever been to and the staff including the manager Ashley was very rude and unprofessional to my husband when said that he had a mayonnaise allergy and mocked my husband about it. Plus they barely had anything to sell and they catch an attitude with you when explaining they don’t have much. If you hate your job, then go get a new one and quit, but don’t take your frustrations out on the customers.
They messed up our entire order. We ordered 2 kids meals, and a meal of the day. When we were ordering they did not bother to tell us their soda machine was broken. We did not get the chips, drinks, or cookies that were supposed to come with the meals.
