Was treated nicely by staff everytime I've eaten here. The foods' what you expect, actually... it's very good. Never had a complaint about the food. There's a bus stop out front that's usually very busy and there might be loads of people in front of the doors.
The food is good like always but we waited 20 minutes for an order that should've taken 2.

I had a disappointing experience due to one of the employees, Jasmine. Instead of being attentive or helpful, she was sitting in the back on her phone and appeared completely disengaged. This came across as unprofessional and made it feel like customers were not a priority. Customer service should involve being present and attentive, but that was not the case here. The lack of professionalism negatively impacted the overall experience, and I hope management addresses this going forward.
