staff is really baddddddddd!!!!!!
I had a disappointing experience due to one of the employees, Jasmine. Instead of being attentive or helpful, she was sitting in the back on her phone and appeared completely disengaged. This came across as unprofessional and made it feel like customers were not a priority. Customer service should involve being present and attentive, but that was not the case here. The lack of professionalism negatively impacted the overall experience, and I hope management addresses this going forward.
I had an issue with my order, and one the staff, Cjay Gallagher was fast, friendly and so helpful. Great service! Thanks
I don't normally eat at subway, but last night November 13 2025 at 8:45pm my friend wanted a sandwich. I was greeted, and served by the most friendly staff member @JASMEEN’ .Even the lady that asked me to accompany her to subway commented about how great the service was, and also how cute the lady working there is. We took our food to go, and when we were eating we both agreed that the establishment was cleaner than we expected. I believe the lone worker was responsible for those duties.
