Never seen priced subway as this
I didn't see all the other bad reviews before coming here, but after going to this location, but: it makes more sense now.. this place is bad and has horrible employees. Walked in, no other customers, got ignored for a while, left. Won't be giving Subway any business, especially this location! Stay away!
Why was an elderly lady by the name of Renee allowed to be extremely rude to customers/drivers? Is providing quality customer service out of reach…may be send her back through customer service training or start one. I ordered via online at 3:10 pm and they were not ready until 3:50 pm when she decided to be smart at mouth….! Really Renee …. Are you not capable of providing quality customer service or even being somewhat nice to people?
Walked in and completely rude employees like they just hate life working there and was mad for trying to shut down two hours early . Poor attitude and customer service for the whole experience. Asked for the sandwiches to be toasted and she acted like she did nothing was toasted bacon was raw had to come home and toast my own sandwich’s . Don’t waste your time coming here go to Harrisburg for way better service
Ordered chicken avocado sandwich. After making the sandwich, no avocado. But charged full price.
