Why was an elderly lady by the name of Renee allowed to be extremely rude to customers/drivers? Is providing quality customer service out of reach…may be send her back through customer service training or start one. I ordered via online at 3:10 pm and they were not ready until 3:50 pm when she decided to be smart at mouth….! Really Renee …. Are you not capable of providing quality customer service or even being somewhat nice to people?
Walked in and completely rude employees like they just hate life working there and was mad for trying to shut down two hours early . Poor attitude and customer service for the whole experience. Asked for the sandwiches to be toasted and she acted like she did nothing was toasted bacon was raw had to come home and toast my own sandwich’s . Don’t waste your time coming here go to Harrisburg for way better service
Ordered chicken avocado sandwich. After making the sandwich, no avocado. But charged full price.
I don't understand how you put meat before mayo then get an attitude when I ask for mayo first one lady who works here attitude is beyond me very nasty I will never spend a dollar there again inpatient loud and we were the only customers not to mention my partner ordered a cheesecake and it looked like a nasty school lunch horrible I will never again
Worst service Ever! All the tomatoes and lettuce was wilted and gross I asked for new tomatoes and the girl behind the counter said they were out! The after we ate our food they brought out fresh tomatoes. I asked her why didn’t she bring them out for us. ?? She snapped back and said we had to FIND them! We are elderly white folks that frequent this place. When other folks of color came in they got the fresh lettuce and tomatoes. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! We wont go back. We’ll drive further for better service.
