One staff member trying to do his best. Had to wait 10 minutes while he did door dash orders. Half of his toppings had 5% full so I didn't get many veggies. Bad management and bad training. Will not visit again.
Didn't liked the subway they made the girl put by mistake put wrong veggie and i had to take that as being polite instead i should i have made her make my sub again. And she didn't enough it tasted so bad. Never going back again.
I visited this new location around 10 pm - 11 pm after a long time and saw some new employees. They were very friendly, experienced, and welcomed me with a smile. They also suggested some new sandwiches, so I tried one. One team member was busy handling third-party orders alone, yet still maintained great energy. I am a delivery driver at amazon. I went in the store to use the washroom. It is absolutely fine not to let us use the washroom if we dont buy anything. Usually everyone lets us use the washroom. Nevertheless, the washrooms were locked. So I politely waited for the person to come from the back. When he came, I politely asked may i use the washroom. He straightaway became rude and replied.
