I had a wonderful visit at Subway today. The staff member working the morning shift was welcoming and efficient. My sandwich was fresh and prepared exactly the way I like it. The store was clean and well-kept. I definitely recommend this location.
The worker was doing a great job, ingredients great but this owner needs to wake up and schedule better, dinner rush one employee by themselves as there is 6+ people in line is just ridiculous, stop protecting a couple dollars overhead and schedule your workers rush hour relief.
Went to pick my order and person at shift tried to tell me that it may be at burrito place not here. I know i placed order at Subway not Burrito. So arrogant didn’t tried to help at all, no greeting. I ended up getting out of place. Usually very good staff at this place but this one was not what we needed.
Won’t go here again. Vegetables were freezer burned and soggy, and when I asked for fresh veggies I got a weird look. I mentioned to the worker that Subway advertises that they use nothing but fresh, but she replied that that was the way their supplier sends it, and it doesn’t get better. This is the 3rd Subway that I got the same response when I asked for fresh. Time to go to the competition.
