Firstly they have a sign now say no coupons (yet app allows them) Ordered the BOGO promo on app from within store (cause subway app doesn’t support using coupons in store?? Dumb). I do this because I like it prepared a certain way (vs ingredients smushed in center) and this way I could be present as it’s made. The guy making the sub (guessing the franchisee) told me to go sit down while he made them. I said I didn’t want to sit down as I’d like it prepared a certain way.. he refused to make the subs saying he would only work... read more

Heads up: Three quick considerations before choosing this location. Bottom line: 1) Doesn’t accept coupons 2) NO KIDS menu 3) Food quality doesn’t match price More detail to read: First: This Subway does not participate in FLBOGO or any coupon deals. They do have a printed notice, but it’s only visible after you’ve already walked inside — technically within corporate guidelines, but not helpful in real‑world decision‑making. Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway location. The staff were extremely arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Their behavior toward customers is completely unacceptable. There was zero basic courtesy or respect, and the overall attitude made the experience very frustrating. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location. Worst customer service experience.
