Ordered a catering order, whoever made the subs did not follow directions and put the toppings on side as requested. When went back to the location and asked for the manager the employee said she was going to call the manager and then came back and said the manager didn’t speak English and there was nothing they could do about the incorrect order. Believe the reviews and do not eat here. Customer service is horrible!
La señora Juvencia está nomás por nomás. Jamás regresaré para recibir un servicio tan malo. Ya lleva tiempo la señora ahí y ni su cara ni sus modos cambian. Muy despota, grosera y se cree mucho solamente por ser la gerente de un Subway. Muy mal servicio, y mi sandwich muy mal hecho. Por favor contraten a gente amables y respetuosa porque esta señora no es ninguna de esas dos cosas. Buen día.
Doesn't close until 11. I came in at 930 and was denied service just because the employee didn't want to. That was 3/11/2025
Out of tuna , cheddar cheese. The girl who work there is rude. Having attitude at work is not acceptable
