Had a coupon and the chubby guy in a blue jay shirt said he couldn’t do anything about it in the store. I proceeded to ask for his name and he did not give it to me. So rude and terrible.
missing a drink
Bad customer service, ordered food and the app told me it was ready and they didn’t start making it even after i got there 10mins late. And they got my order wrong and still didn’t give me a drink or snack even after i paid for a full meal. Very very bad costumer service
Just a sad reminder of how much Subway keeps going downhill. Stingy on ingredients (some of which were soggy and not very fresh tasting), staff were uninterested, and price is always going up. You're better off going to their competitor one block away - it'll cost a few bucks more but at least you'll be satisfied.
