walk in to buy a sub before a bus, set my bag down and instantly get told store closes in 15 minutes.. said …”okay?” Then within 2 minutes calls me from across the restaurant “the store closes in 15 minutes” store doesn’t close at 7:13 PM on a Monday, so why go out of your way to mistreat and harass customers with lies?Didn’t buy a sub sat down and sure enough people walking in after “7:13 close time” congrats you lost a sale and didn’t get rid of anyone, instead you got bad reviews? Not great. Subway in general has gone downhill.
Worst restaurant ever. The staff was not friendly at all. I placed the order for a specific sub they said the items are out of stock so i asked them to refund the item and i will go to different sub but they refused and even refused to grill the sub saying they have already cleaned it. The restaurant was supposed to close after 45 minutes but they said that they have already cleaned and will not grill it. He made the sub with very less veggies and it was burnt in the toast.
