We came to this location at12:30 am. i asked them for sandwich they could not either toast or grill my sandwich because they were cleaning the both machines at one time. This is not smart sales practices to not to give any option to customer in food restaurant, which is open 24 hours. Your team should clean one machine at one time, and should do it more productively.
The service is always incredible, I've watched them deal with rude customers politely and professionally while still being able to treat me with the utmost respect and kindness. This is the only location I'll go to
Friendly service. Always delicious sandwiches though we are shocked by house much prices have increased over the last several years. Not really family friendly pricing. We have 4 kids and never eat here as a family as it would cost a small fortune for 6 sandwiches, cookies, and drinks. Hubby and I shared one $18+ sandwich on this visit. We used to go here a lot when it was cheaper.
I went to order footlong at 2.30 am on subway and its shows 24 hours open but I had to Oder through window. I was describing my food how to make it at that time the guy who is taking order asked me to pay through subway app and Thn he was started making my footlong kind of in a shady area so that I can’t see. After taking that food to my home I saw that he puts lots of lettuce that it was half covered by that. Even I felt the bread was also old one. Very unexpected and surprising experience I had and food as well.
didn’t add cheese like i said and asked for a BLT of bacon and only put 2 small strands of bacon
