Have gave them plenty of chances and kind of tested them multiple times too, one thing I have noticed with them is that they treat their fellow Indian customers badly as they have on multiple occasions missed out on putting in cheese slices, or not adding enough veggies, etc.( Skimping out on ingredients basically). Sad part is that I only have them as a quick option as it’s near my workplace.
Restaurant was clean. Food was on par. Staff could be a lot more friendly.
Most ignorant manager i have ever dealt with. I called to confirm it's location I wanted to order online and staff said yes was deacons corner so I placed online order got to deacons and they said it happens often but I had to pay again or drive 50 minutes to pick up at dugald road. The manager at deacons called and tried to help but the staff at dugalds would offer no help in any way. Very nice guy helped me out after I realized my bank card was suspended, meanwhile the male employee is getting mad at me saying I waisted his time? No one else even in the restaurant!
