Put in an order on the app and my fiance went to pick it up. When he returned he told me they forgot to get italian bread out so they tried to call me but it didn’t go through so they put it on a bread I don’t like. I called the store and asked if I could just receive a refund and that I never received a call from them. The bread was the freshest I have ever had from a subway.The 2 boys that was working were very polite and attentive.
