I ordered a foot long subway and I got the 6 inch one instead and I payed full price for the foot long. When I tried calling nobody picked up the phone, I tried multiple times but still no answer.

Unbelievably bad - got the Gen Z stare as I was trying to just get a 6 inch sub. There was no one minding the place when I got there and had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to show up. When they did the male and female pair wouldn't look at me and the gal didn't seem to know how to make a sub. She was asking me for the type of meat when I said repeatedly whatever comes with the named sub (and the section where the meat and cheese are supposed to be was completely covered and not viewable). The worst subway experience I've ever had, got the order completely wrong, didn't even toasted the Sandwich. He used his hands to split the sandwich in half, I did an online order and I'm sure he used his hands to split it. The portions were really small. Wouldn't be surprised if I get sick after eating that
