Went for the first time at this subway. Very bad customer service employee was busy on her phone and has no idea what I was asking her for. She made my sandwich I have to repeatedly tell 3 times to toast it because she was too busy talking over the phone . Has no customer service. Think twice before coming here .she looked mad and had not even asked me if it is for here or to go she packed it and then gave me total to pay and went straight to the bathroom doesn’t even wait for me to leave . If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The bread didn't seem fresh, and the customer service was even more disappointing. The employee had a very unfriendly attitude. She didn't smile, looked upset, and rushed me while I was trying to place my order. Food was ok . Customer service is worse. The lady had such an attitude just make me rush to order . Doesn’t smile at all not coming back at this location. Chopping meat using phone and then touching meat with the same gloves very unhygienic. She need to get some kind of training
I can say I enjoy this subway. They guys on staff are great but the only woman on staff is the best ☺️ everyone pays attention to detail they are very clean and very fast.
I came in to order a sandwich and a drink and had to use the bathroom first. First off one of the workers was very rude to me. When I tried to flush the toilet it wasn’t working I went out and the guy came in the bathroom right away to see and started cursing me out and blaming me for their poor plumbing. I decided not to order because of my treatment there. It doesn’t seem like they care much about being sanitary, I saw flies on the meat.
