Hi. Order subway weekend all the time. Food is good. Tired from waiting. The black girl was on the cell phone. With video call and I was waiting for my order. Still have some customer. Mexican girl with good service.
I went there today to take advantage of the sub of the day like I normally do in any subway store and they flat told me they didn't honor that even though it's advertised on the app, I asked for any specials and they said "NO" won't be going there again
Manager Trisha was rude & could give discount after I placed a 48.00 order for a free half a subway
I am disappointed in this locations regional managers communication. I had placed an in app order on accident to this location. I am directed to request refund through the app. There is not a way on the app. I go to Google and submit Subway customer service. I fill out the form and then wait a response. I recive none. Very rude employees at this spot. Sandwiches are avg for Subway at best. It was actually a good learning experience for my 5 year old to watch a grown man disrespect his mother. (Obviously I wasn't standing there for this one- just heard the story when everyone got home...) You can say "Don't treat ppl like that" all day, but watching someone be rude or mean is usually a much better teacher.
