It's a girl just sitting there telling people they are not open. It's supposed to be open right now.
Very bad experience. Joel was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I arrived to pick up my online order. He spoke to me in a nasty tone, and when I asked to speak to a manager, he told me, “You’re talking to the manager.” When I decided to cancel because of his attitude, he told me to cancel it myself. Completely unacceptable customer service.
Bread is never fresh at this location stop serving bread from the day before
I ordered something online when I arrived at the place. So I came in to let them know that I am here. They gave me a nasty attitude and said that it just popped up on their screen. I was like I know, I just wanted to let them know that I am here, that’s all. I can see that they don’t have any manners, so I suggest the manager to give them the training where they need to learn how to approach the customers in a positive way to help make us welcome here.
